Jarvis’ out in support. Mr. Jarvis explained the finer details of basketball to me. Like why you don’t just run over a guy when he sets a pick. Best I could understand you still can run over the guy up to 5 times in a game.

WCA Memory Verse due Tomorrow/Friday

Reminder to parents and students, the first Bible memory verse of this quarter is due tomorrow, Friday February 8th. The Scripture is Philippians 2:3-4 (must be ESV). There are 33 words meaning each is worth 3 points. While you get a grade for doing this there is much more to be gained memorizing and meditating on this verse than a grade. As you work on memorizing be sure to understand it as well, better even than understanding is to really live this verse out in your life at home with brothers and sisters and at Westminster with Teachers and classmates.

The Westminster Christian Academy Junior High Boys Basketball Team (what a long qualifying title) defeated the Barstow whatevers 30-11. They played great as a team under the leadership of Coach Busenitz who quite a good speller. Next game is Thursday at 4:00 if you wish to cheer on on the eagles. Junior High Hangout Night

Saturday, February 16th 2008 is the Junior High Hangout Night at the Reymonds Home. All students (WCA and Redeemer Presbyterian Church) 6th grade through 8th grade are invited for a night of games, snacks and fellowship.
