No Breakaway tonight.
Next Wednesday, June 1st, our summer book study begins a 7PM (goes until 8:30). We have a limited number of books for sale for $10. You can also pick them up at any Christian Book Store in town or online. Just Do Something Study Guide

No Breakaway & My Desk {0}
Don’t forget there is no Breakaway tonight. High School Students, we’ll begin Summer Gathering on June 1st.

Last Breakaway of School Year {0}
This Wednesday is the last Breakaway of the school year. We ask all who are able to bring some snacks to share with others. We’ll provide some hotdogs for after the teaching. Right now weather says 50% chance of thunder storms which I believe means to the optimist they are predicting 50% chance of NO thunderstorms. If the weather is nice we’ll spend some time outside, if it’s not so nice we’ll spend some time inside. Either way we’ll enjoy fellowshipping together.
Beginning June 1st students currently in 8th – 12th (next year will be 9th – college) are invited to a book study on Kevin DeYoung’s Just Do Something. We’ll meet Wednesday Nights from 7:00 to 8:30 in the Youth Room. Reading the book is a requirement. Books can be purchased at Breakaway this week for $10.

Cartoon Tony {1}
Beckham has an HCA coloring book that was made just for the school. I noticed this picture today and laughed my head off. That is clearly our building with the cross and background and the pulpit. Then you see Tony dressed as Elvis and finally of all creatures a dog helping lead singing. I assume the dog is Nathan. I’m still laughing.
