RiverRanch- the last day: arrival time update

The bus is here and we are going to head out early. We should be home, God-willing, around 2:00. We will keep the Redeemer Church Office updated with our eta: 913-685-2322.

No pictures today, I was uploading them when the bus arrived, but I promise to upload them and get them up tonight! I have some great ones of everyone, including a crazy night of Karaoke, which makes for GREAT pictures! Please pray for safety for our travel home today.

You would think this was all posed, but it’s totally real! I actually was trying to get the picture of Ubuntu dragging the three of them, but by the time I got the camera out and ready this was the photo I got!

RiverRanch 09 Wednesday

Today is our “stay at camp” day, so we’ve played games here all day. We started with RR Olympics this morning and then after lunch had the “Relay Race to End all Other Relay Races Ever.” Then everyone went into the river to wash off from it!

Olympics: Wall sit, harder than it looks! They had to hold themselves up. Nathan Bailey won!

This is Roxie getting frustrated at Brian cause she kept raising her hand and asking “can I ask a question?” Brian answering “yes” and then moving on to the next person’s question!

RiverRanch 09 Tuesday

Today was breakfast and then the 4 mile canoe trip. It takes about 4 hours, so it’s most of the day, and totally worth it! Here are some pictures as they were finishing up back at the camp.

This is my favorite. I knew if I was patient enough, I could get the second picture (the one of them tipping). I was rewarded for my patience:
