In years past we have done a night of Karaoke on Thursdays of RiverRanch. With so much going on this summer someone forgot to get the karaoke machine. So we had students put on performances of songs. Little did we know Morgan and Hat were already prepared for such an event and put together this interpretive dance. We laughed so hard and they never cracked from character until Morgan laughed at the very end. The beginning is missing, but there is still plenty. Enjoy.

Praise God with us that we got here safe! Today was already a fun day: rafting! The internet is sooooo slooooowwwww it makes me slur words. So we’ll just be uploading a few photos per day. When we return this weekend we will upload all the photos so check back after camp to see more photos of your children.

Well, here is the forecast for the week near Noel, Missouri where RiverRanch is. Not bad considering what was being predicted about a week ago. We meet at Redeemer at 7:30 in the morning. Please be in prayer for out travels, for cars to work, for river safety, for God to work in the lives of our high school students, for unity among many different churches and anything else God brings to your mind.

Our 2010 RiverRanch Speaker is Ted Wenger.
Ted has lead RUF at Arkansas since 2002. Previously he served as an Assistant Minister at First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, Mississippi after graduating from Reformed Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in 1999. He and his lovely wife Melyna have six rambunctious children.
This year’s topic is “Spiritual Maturity.”

The bus is here and we are going to head out early. We should be home, God-willing, around 2:00. We will keep the Redeemer Church Office updated with our eta: 913-685-2322.
