Pancake Breakfast: Pancake Joy{0}
Each year during the Juarez Pancake Breakfast we reach a point where innovation and creativity find a place along the griddle line. This year Joey came up with the bacon in pancake batter then cooked which received amazing reviews. Jo Prins even said, “That’s actually good.” This later led to the pancake battered M&M and the pancake battered Snickers bar. However, the most interesting innovation this year was the Pancake Portrait.
