Tuesday night February 19th Pam, Ashleigh, Joy, Zach, Beckham, Sadie, Laura and I all headed out to watch April perform at her MPE (Midwest Parent Educators for inquiring minds) Senior Showcase. April and a friend first did a violin duet performing the song Butterfly. Later she played a few songs on Harp. You did a great job April! We are all really proud of you. The video below is of the “Celtic Woman” version of Butterfly. At a later date I’ll put up video of Amazing Grace on harp.
Wow, glad that’s finally over with. Thanks so much for coming to that! And, Brian, you’re my hero because somehow my dad recorded everything except the violin part. So we’re all very happy you came!
I think it would be cool if playing violin could be combined with playing soccer. April, can you do that? Great job last night!
WOW that was really great and i bet that you would be devestated if you for some reason didnt get your violin part mostly the reason that you came well i wasant there but i watched it and wow you were (and are i wont doubt) a very good violin player congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I can’t even play soccer without a violin! But, cool idea! Yes, I was so afraid that my partner and I would fall flat on our faces because the stage is so dinky! But, huzzah, it actually worked!
